This offset smoker comprises a sturdy steel frame, side firebox and a spacious cooking chamber. It has a tight seal to ensure that the aroma and flavours are absorbed back into the food. The chimney and firebox damper provide good ventilation and make it easier to control the heat. There is also a lid thermometer to help you monitor the temperature.
