Free Shipping Australia Wide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. There is no minimum order value — every order ships free, every time.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Express Shipping

Express shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible products and locations. Express delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@myhappygift.com.au.

Large or Bulky Items

Some large or bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses) may be delivered by a specialist freight carrier. Delivery for these items may take slightly longer and may require someone to be present to sign for the delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery time where applicable.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates
  2. Check that no delivery attempt cards have been left at your address
  3. Contact us at hello@myhappygift.com.au with your order number

We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
