Refund policy

MyHappyGift offers a simple, fair returns process.

14-Day Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.

How to Return
Email us at hello@myhappygift.com.au or call (03) 9961 6069, Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEST. We will give you return instructions.

Refund Processing
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. We will email you to confirm.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your Rights
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
