KM470 is a 2-Way USB-C KVM switch that allows you to control 2 laptop computers with only one set of USB peripherals and one external display. The KVM switch also acts as a central docking station, allowing you to toggle between the two laptops with just a button.
By utilizing the multifunctional USB-C interface on modern laptops, this KVM switch intergraded docking station functionality, eliminating the need for multiple cables. A single USB-C cable is all that's necessary to connect each laptop for video output, data transmission, and PD charging. This USB-C KVM switch has both HDMI and DisplayPort output, so you can easily connect to TV or monitors. HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 compliant, support video resolution up to 8K.
With this USB-C KVM switch, you can streamline the sharing of one external monitor and USB devices between two laptops, it eliminates the hassle of physically swapping cables and rearranging connections each time you need to switch laptops. Important Note
- Before purchasing, please confirm the USB-C port on your laptop or tablet supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode). Some USB-C ports only work for charging or data transfer, no video output function
- USB-C port on desktop PC is not supported
- Self-powered via connected laptop, no external power required
- DP and HDMI port can't be used simultaneously
- Two USB-C PD ports are always enabled, for charging both laptops simultaneously
- For 8K resolution support, Thunderbolt 4 port are required on laptop, with maximum length of 2M DP 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 cable
