With 5 possible weight settings, this set delivers the same value as 10 individual dumbbells. Each dumbbell adjusts in 5kg increments, allowing you to select the right resistance level for all your exercises. Ideal for bicep curls, leg raises, shoulder presses and more, this adjustable dumbbell set has everything you need for full-body training.
Use the 5kg handlebar for isolation exercises or add weights to boost the intensity of your training. Changing the resistance is quick and easy - just turn the 360-degree handle and lift. Clear weight markers on the inside of the handle let you know exactly how much youre lifting. The handle is also rubberised for improved comfort and grip.
Made of cast iron, these adjustable dumbbells can withstand serious strength training. Each set comes with two heavy-duty nylon holders, handy for storage and fast weight changing.
