Enhanced Baking Results
Our 16 x 14 in/406 x 355 mm pizza stone features a porous structure. It enables even heat distribution and absorbs excess steam from the dough base to avoid sogginess and local burning, helping you make crispy-bottomed pizza
Heat-Resistant Cordierite
Our 0.6 in/15 mm thickened cordierite rectangular pizza stone can withstand up to 1450Β°F/787Β°C without warping or cracking. It stores heat longer, shortens preheating. No unpleasant smells during baking
Multifunctional Scraper
This rectangular baking stone includes a PP plastic scraper for cutting dough and baked pizza or scraping off baked bits, adding extra convenience for your cooking needs
Easy to Clean
Once cool, simply wash the cordierite pizza stone with warm water, wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. With long-term use, the food cooked on it will have a richer flavor. Note: First use: Clean, dry beforehand, then heat gradually for longer service life
Wide Applications
This large baking stone fits ovens, charcoal grills, barbecues, or stone ovens. It can create crispy pizzas, pastries, and breads, or to reheat food to restore its crispiness, ideal for home kitchens, outdoor grills, and parties. Note: Measure your grill and the inside of your oven to choose the proper size, ensuring at least 0.8-2 in (2-5 cm) of clearance on all sides
