8 Gal Distiller Kit
We provide a complete kit for this distiller, comprising a fermentation barrel, barrel lid, and cooling pot. The kit is made from food-grade materials including stainless steel, silicone, and copper, ensuring direct contact with ingredients. There are 3Gal, 5Gal, 8Gal, and 13.2Gal capacity fermentation barrels to choose from, perfect for gatherings with friends and family.
Secure Fermentation and Heating
The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods like wood fire and gas stoves. The temperature gauge on the lid displays Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation.
Copper Coil Cooling
The cooling and distillation process uses copper tube with good thermal conductivity for efficient cooling. The smooth and wrinkle-free interior of the pipes prevents residues of distilled alcohol and water, ensuring no aftertaste. The water inlet and outlet valves can control the flow rate and the cooling speed.
Secure Sealing
It is recommended to use a wrench to tighten the copper pipe joints. The fermentation barrel lid features four fixed sealing latches with built-in seals, ensuring hygiene and optimal fermentation results.
