This stainless steel evaporator pan lets you produce large batches of maple syrup efficiently, yielding around 297 bottles from a single load of sap. The integrated valve gives you precise control over the flow, making it easy to transfer finished syrup into storage containers.
Built from durable, food-grade stainless steel with TIG welded seams, it resists rust and corrosion whilst heating evenly. Use it indoors or outdoors with any heat source—firewood, charcoal, or gas—without needing extra equipment.
