Additionally, the lid's inner side has a rubber ring, with a buckle lock design on both sides and a seal ring inside the faucet. These multiple reinforcements provide reliable sealing.

This commercial grease interceptor comes fully assembled, requiring no complex organization and making overall installation simple. It just needs to be connected from the sink and dishwasher to the grease trap's inlet, and then directly drain from the grease trap's outlet.
