Two Installation Ways
Our bucket cutting edge features dual installing methods. The surface will be flat and the plate will not easy to deform after being welded on. You can also assemble it with bolts after drilling holes on the bucket.
Durable 16Mn Steel
This bucket edge is made of 16Mn steel, providing better rigidness and intensity and a strong performance against wear and damage. The low carbon steel also has better tenacity and performance in welding compared to other materials.
Painted Surface
Our advanced cutting edge's is painted to stop rust during transportation and storage while against abrasion to a certain extent. Therefore, the durability is enhanced significantly.
Blade-shape Front End
Our loader cutting edge's front end is processed to a blade shape to maximize the shoveling efficiency. Such a design will save a lot of your time thanks to its better insertion into the dirt or gravel.
